FeaturesWorkflows
Describe a workflow. Rivilo builds it.
Tell Rivilo what should happen, in plain words. It draws the workflow across your boards, shows what each automation would have done over the last days, and switches nothing on until you do.
This is how I would build it. It runs across two boards and nothing is switched on until you set it up.

Tag the support cardEvery automation, reviewed before it runs.
Each automation is one rule: when something happens on a board, then this. Rivilo writes it out, shows the message it would send with its fields filled in, and tries it on the cards from the last seven days.
You activate it, or skip it. Or try it on the latest card first.
then
When a card lands in New, post a briefing in #support: {summary} {urgency} {recommendation} {draft reply}

Emails are prepared for your approval — never sent by themselves.
Let a rule post, move, draft and invoice for you.
A rule starts when a card lands in a column, appears, is completed or gets a tag. Then Rivilo posts in Slack or Teams, moves or tags the card, drafts a mail for you to approve, does the work on the card, prepares an invoice or makes a card on another board.

Automations you can always cap and undo.
Each automation has a daily cap you set and pauses itself when it reaches it. Every run can be undone within 24 hours, and one automation never sets off another.
Links Rivilo does not have yet are drawn dashed in Build mode, never faked.
