Transcripts from Fireflies and Plaud and the meetings you record in Rivilo come together in one list. Rivilo puts each one on the right board, writes down what was decided and suggests the cards that follow from it. You decide what goes on the board.

Start a recording in your browser: your microphone, the audio of a Meet or Teams tab, or both. Rivilo turns the speech into text on your own computer. The audio never leaves it.

When you stop, Rivilo tells the voices apart and you can name the speakers. Then the transcript is saved as a document on the board you picked.

Rivilo matches each meeting to the client and project it is about, by the people in it and the title. When it is not sure, the meeting waits for you to pick the project.

Then it suggests a few cards for what your team actually agreed to do, each with the sentence it came from. Add them, or wave them off. A budget or a choice said out loud can land on the card as a field, with the quote.

Ask about one meeting, or all of them.

Open Rivilo next to a meeting and ask what was agreed, what you still have to do, or where it got difficult. It reads the transcript and only answers from what it says.

Switch to all meetings for the bigger questions, like what keeps coming back or which promises you made this week. Rivilo looks up the right calls and names the source and date.

After each meeting, Rivilo keeps what matters per client and project: decisions, deadlines, who wants what and the next step. What it learns from your meetings stays with you.
