FeaturesCalendar and booking

Meetings, planned for you.

Your Google Calendar as a week or a day, right next to your work. Ask in any chat and Rivilo proposes the meeting, checks your calendar, and sends the invites once you tap. Share a booking page and people pick a free time themselves.

Ask, and Rivilo plans it.

In the Rivilo chat, the chat beside a mail or the chat on a task, ask for a meeting. Rivilo looks for free moments in your calendar and proposes one as a card: title, time, guests, and a Google Meet link or a place.

The card says whether you are free or what it clashes with. If someone in the mail thread is not on the invite, it tells you, and you add them with one tap.

Nothing goes out without you.

Rivilo only proposes. The appointment is made, and the Google invitations go out from your own address, when you tap Schedule and invite. Or keep it to yourself with Only my calendar.

Changed your mind? Undo takes the appointment back. Deleting one with guests asks first, and they get a cancellation.

Your own booking page.

Turn on your link and people pick a time themselves, on a calm page of your own. They only see times when your calendar is free, in their own time zone, and fill in a short form.

The booking lands in your Google Calendar with an invitation and a Meet link. Guests can reschedule or cancel through the link in their confirmation.

Bookings land on your board.

Pick a board and a column for a meeting type, and every booking becomes a card there: who, when, what they want to talk about, and the Meet link. If the guest is already one of your clients, the card is linked to them.

When the guest reschedules, the card moves with it. When they cancel, the card says so.

On your own website.

Settings has your link, ready to copy, and the embed code for your website with a live preview. The embedded page grows with its content, in English or Dutch.

The Book a demo on our own contact page is one of these.
