The tools a team uses every day hold its clients, its mail and its documents. We think European teams deserve tools that share their values: privacy as a right, transparency by default, and control over the data they depend on.

Rivilo is made by Future Ready, a design studio in Amsterdam. Your work is stored in the European Union and handled under European law. That is a choice we made on purpose, and one we keep making.

What being European means for you

  1. Your work, under European rules

    When the tools you rely on are built and run far away, so is the say over your data. Rivilo keeps your account and everything you create in the EU, so the rules that protect your clients also protect your work.

  2. Privacy is where we start

    The GDPR exists because privacy is a right, not a setting. Rivilo reads your mail when a task needs it and keeps the card, not a copy of your inbox. It asks only for the access its features use, and nothing is sent without your approval.

  3. European where we can

    We connect to European tools where they are the right choice, like Mollie for payments, with Proton next. From early 2027 you can also run Rivilo on your own hardware, with AI models inside your own network.

  4. High standards make better tools

    Europe asks a lot on privacy, security and accessibility. We welcome that: it makes us build tools that are safe by design and respectful of the people who use them. Security questions are answered by the people who built Rivilo.

Where we are not fully European yet

We would rather tell you than let you find out. Your data is stored in the EU, but during the beta Rivilo runs with a cloud provider that is not European; we are working on moving to a European one. The AI models that draft for you come from providers outside Europe; only what a task needs goes to them, and they do not train on your content. You can choose which model Rivilo works with.

That is why we are building Rivilo Local: your data and the AI that reads it, on hardware you control. Until then, our data processing agreement and security page say exactly what goes where.
