Every kind of question
From short answer to scale, rating and date, with sections and pages between them.
FeaturesForms
Make a form under Create › Forms: one question per screen, logic that skips what does not apply, and an ending that fits each answer. Responses come in live, with a score if you want one, and open in a sheet with one click.
A few short questions about your company and your plans. You get a first piece of advice right away.
Question 1 of 7Required
Question 2 of 7Required
People see one question per screen in big type. On a keyboard they press Enter to continue and A, B or C to choose. On a phone it is just as calm. A later question can use an earlier answer, so the form greets people by name.
Share the link or a QR code, put the first question in an email, or place the form on your website: in the page, as a popup or as a slider.
Question 2 of 7Required
Give a question rules: if the answer is this, go to that question or straight to an ending. The first rule that matches wins; everyone else simply goes on to the next question.
A form can have up to ten endings, each with its own text, a button and share buttons. Variables keep a running number, like a price, that you can show in a later question.
Question 4· Multiple choice

Choose what kind of form it is. In a Lead qualification form, answers carry points that add up to groups like Cold, Warm and Hot, each with its own ending. A Knowledge quiz marks the correct answers and can show the score at the end. A Match quiz sends people to the ending their answers point to.
Under Results you see the responses as they arrive: how many, how long they took, how many people who opened the form sent it, and the score of every lead. Where people drop off per question is coming soon.

Open in Sheets puts every response in a new Rivilo sheet: a column per question, where numbers stay numbers and choices stay choices. Or download a CSV, with the score, the group and any hidden fields as extra columns.
Hidden fields carry a value from the link, like ?source=newsletter, along with every answer. So you know where each enquiry came from.
